Out of the blue, I know! But it was just the right house at the right time so we had to snatch it up! It's like it was meant to be. So this is THE house - like the house I hope we grow old in. We love it and although there's a lot we'd like to eventually do to it (mostly involving paint), it's already a beauty. Here are some pics.
The roof didn't pass inspection so it's being replaced.
Here's the shed/playground in the backyard! Isn't it awesome!?!
The mudroom/laundry (we'll be taking down the wallpaper)
Here's my new kitchen.
Look at all that cupboard space!!
and the appliances....*sigh* sooooo nice!
I'm so excited to have an ice-maker!!
the living room:
the exposed brick has to be my favorite part
upstairs - here is Max in his new room
June's room
jack & jill bath between the kids' rooms

Master:
more brick! yay!
here's the basement
and this room will be perfect for a theatre someday

and I think this room will be my new happy place! I LOVE storage!

It looks wonderful! I am happy for you but very sad to lose my neighbor. =(
I don't know where my other comment went, but I wanted to add that Bryant's favorite part is the basement room since he wants to build a model railroad someday. I would like to move into the shed in the back please. I am loving the big laundry room too.
Congratulations. It looks lovely.
Ummmm, wow. Where the heck is it? Please say Ogden. Looks like we're moving come summer- although we aren't sure where.
:) It's in Farmington and Miriam you can come live in my shed anytime! But you'd probably be more comfortable in the guest room :)

I love it. It's gorgeous. I love the wood floors, and the exposed brick and the kitchen and, and, and....I agree with Angela - you need to do another blog as you begin decorating or just keep the same blog and let us see your progress because you are so talented. Is it in Farmington?

Gorgeous! and killer potential. Funny thing is it reminds me of the Hill house in Farmington. Hope you keep posting pics of it as you get creative in there. The kitchen looks dreamy!
